  • Inflammatory bowel disease (IBS)
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Cancer
  • Neuropathies
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Severe, chronic or intractable pain of neuropathic origin or severe chronic or intractable pain in which conventional therapeutic intervention and opiate therapy is contraindicated or ineffective Sickle cell anemia
  • “Terminally ill” – a medical prognosis or life expectancy of approximately one year or less if the illness runs its normal course.
